Seeking Key Account Manager

Kind is looking for a structured, positive individual with excellent collaboration skills to work as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be highly positive in their approach, used to working at a fast pace and thrive whether working independently or as part of a team.

Applicants must be able to handle a wide range of tasks and challenges at the same time, while holding a steady course in high-pressure situations. We are looking for individuals who are solutions oriented, while being positive, calm, structured and professional. The successful candidate will possess the ability to see the big picture yet realise the importance of paying attention to all the details.

The Key Account Manager will work closely with the current Project Management and the creative team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and carry out client projects from A to Z;
• Take budgetary and financial responsibility for projects;
• Report billing and financial status to clients;
• Follow up on clients / customer care;
• Develop project descriptions;
• Negotiate and optimize suppliers and partners’ deliveries for projects;
• Have extensive customer and supplier contact;
• Have an overview of the communication in the project, externally and internally;
• Manage and maintain existing customer relations;
• Responsibility for action plans, project notes and meeting papers
• Plan short and long-term resource allocation
• Develop progress plans and ensure forward movement in a project
• Minor administrative tasks may be expected.

Qualifications:
• Project Leader experience from a design / communications agency is desirable but not a requirement;
• Ability to create feelings of confidence and security;
• Good at making short and long-term plans;
• Relevant experience with sales and customer contact;
