She said: ‘I am thrilled to join the team at Kind - it’s a dream come true, really. I am looking forward to working with our many diverse clients, as well as the ones still to come. I know I can put my skills to good use while still learning from some of the best, most innovative creatives in the business.’

Creative Director and Founder of Kind, Tom Emil Olsen, said: ‘Agnieszka is really just setting out on her career ladder but, already, I have been most impressed with the standard of work that she is producing. She has an exceptional flair for the creative and this, taken with her strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, makes her a highly formidable asset.’ Emil Olsen, meanwhile, studied Media and Communication at Akademiet in Ålesund for two years. A whizz at Adobe Illustrator and Indesign, this Junior Designer is bringing a youthful touch and awareness to several key client projects aimed at a younger target audience.

Kind continues to expand its international profile with the addition of German intern Svenja Fick. Since 2015, se has been studying Communication Design Studies at HTWG Konstanz - her internship with Kind forms a part of her course.

She said: ‘I applied to have my internship with Kind as I was so impressed with the agency’s portfolio. It embodies the very best of Scandinavian design but with a unique emotive twist. To spend time with such an experienced team of designers, who are always looking to push the boundaries creatively, is a real privilege.’
